“Ansoo” is a fresh learning journey that leads the explorers to rediscover themselves in the world of Iranian music and classical poetry.
Throughout the Ansoo workshops, students learn to play two of the most typical Iranian string instruments, Setâr and Târ, and become familiar with the fundamentals of Iranian classical music.
We also delve into the deeper meanings of Persian poems and bring them into melody and rhythm. By rehearsing, repeating and reflecting on these verses, we open ourselves to the message behind words.
